When we first walked into the space, it was nothing more than a concrete box: bare walls, exposed ceilings, and unfinished flooring. The client, a retail boutique owner, had just secured the lease and needed a full build-out to turn it into a functional, stylish, and customer-ready shop.

Their vision was clear — a welcoming environment with modern finishes, efficient storage, and a layout that guided customers naturally through the store. They also had a tight timeline, as the grand opening date was already set.

Laying the Groundwork

We collaborated with the client’s architect and designer to turn the vision into a practical plan, reviewing building codes, mapping plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and securing all necessary permits.

Bringing the Vision to Life

After completing the infrastructure, we focused on aesthetics and functionality with durable retail flooring, slip-resistant staff areas, modern-industrial ceilings, custom millwork for displays and counters, and layered lighting to showcase products.

Foundation of the Space

The first stage focused on infrastructure, including framing interior walls, installing modern electrical and plumbing systems, and upgrading HVAC for efficient climate control.

Client Walkthrough

We added the finishing touches: paint, signage, and decorative trim. Then we conducted a full walkthrough with the client, addressing small tweaks to ensure the space not only looked great but functioned seamlessly for their day-to-day operations.

The Outcome

The project was completed within 10 weeks, right on schedule. The couple was thrilled with how their house transformed from a bare shell into a warm, functional, and stylish home. Every room reflected a balance of modern design and everyday practicality, and the quality of finishes enhanced the property’s long-term value.
