The office felt dark, cramped, and dated, like a relic from the early 2000s that didn’t suit their collaborative culture or client-facing image. Their leadership team wanted a complete remodel: something that showcased innovation, energized their employees, and left an impression on visiting clients.

Discovery & Listening

We began by understanding the team’s daily needs: quiet zones for developers, collaborative spaces for marketing, a welcoming boardroom for executives, and bright, café-style break areas. These insights guided all our design decisions.

Remodeling Execution

We modernized the office by removing old cubicles, ceilings, and flooring while preserving load-bearing columns. Raised floors improved cable management, soundproof pods and acoustic panels enhanced focus, and biophilic elements like living walls boosted employee well-being.

Design & Planning

We reimagined the office by removing walls, adding glass partitions, flexible workspaces, and energy-efficient lighting. The design included a modern reception, open workstations, private pods, and a stylish lounge, all executed in phased construction to minimize disruption.

Post-Occupancy Review

We walked the team through every detail of their new office and provided a maintenance guide. A month later, we checked in to ensure the space was performing as expected — and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

The Outcome
